DESCRIPTION:El Museo kicks off Uptown Bounce with arts collective Sociedad\, featuring Welcome to Nueva York\, a three-part exhibition curated by Christian Mártir and Amy Collado\, presented in spaces throughout the Museum. Participating artists and original works by: Joe Conzo\, Dav Jeffers\, Mario Carrion\, M. Tony Peralta\, Amy Collado\, Woofie Colon\, Christian Mártir\, Bembona\, Adrian “Viajero” Roman and Noah Ritter of Bien Conectao. Featuring works by Joe Conzo and Joseph Rodriguez. Musical guests: A Party Called Rosie Perez. \nExhibition\nTHE FUTURE\n6:00pm – 9:00pm | Black Box Theater (3rd Floor)\nAn exhibition mimicking The Caribbean Social Club (or Puerto Rican social club) in Williamsburg\, as an ode to its owner and founder\, Tonita.
