The Art of the Game: Ronny Quevedo
Now on view in El Museo’s courtyard through September 6, 2026, this larger-than-life soccer ball sculpture by Ronny Quevedo was created as part of The Art of the Game, a public art initiative presented by ARTS 14C and the New York New Jersey 2026 FIFA World Cup Host Committee.
Inspired by his family history and themes of movement, migration, and belonging, Quevedo’s sculpture is one of 25 artworks installed across New York City in celebration of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
