Inspired by Teddy Sandoval and the Butch Gardens School of Art, the night brings together music, art, ballroom, and nightlife in the spirit of Sandoval’s creative world. Dance to a set by DJ Pablo Romero, moving through disco, house, Latin rhythms, and deep cuts built to keep the floor moving. Sip signature cocktails and explore the exhibition after hours.
Throughout the night, guests can drop into playful artmaking ranging from flirtatious drawings, Xerox-art experiments, to DIY postcards, and cheeky personal ads. Haus of Luar, an arts & culture hub para la diáspora cuir latina within and beyond the ballroom scene, pop up for a special ballroom roll call.
